Data protection statement

We are glad to see that you are interested in the content of our Website and our company.

The protection of your individual-related data in the course of its collection, processing and use on the occasion of your visit to our Website is very important to us. Your data are protected in the context of the respective legal regulations. In the following, you will find information on which data are collected during your visit to our homepage – and how these data are used:

1. Collection and processing of data
Each access to our Website (and each fetch of a file logged onto the Website) is recorded in a protocol. This storage serves the purposes of maintaining system and statistical records. In this context, the following information is recorded in a protocol:  the name of the file which has been fetched - along with the date and time of this access, the amount of data which has been transmitted, the message indicating successful retrieval, the Web browser activated at the time and the domain from which the enquiry originated.

In addition, the IP address(es) of the computer(s) from which the enquiry originated is/are recorded in  protocol.

We use so-called "cookies". Cookies are files which are stored on your hard drive. If you do not want us to be able to recognise your computer following our initial contact (as would be the case if we install cookies on your hard drive), you can set your browser so that it will delete cookies from your hard drive, initially blocks all cookies or alerts you before a cookie is saved.

Any further individual-related data are only collected if you specify these voluntarily (for instance, in the context of an enquiry).

2. Use and forwarding of individual-related data
Individual-related data are individual bits of information through which one can draw conclusions on a person’s identity or material status. These include, for instance, one’s real name, address, telephone and fax number, along with the e-mail address. However, any information whose content does not directly refer to an individual’s identity or material status is not considered individual-related data.

Insofar as you have provided individual-related data to us, we only use these data to reply to your enquiries, transact contracts which we have concluded with you and for technical administration (and/or in accordance with the statement of consent given by you).

Your individual-related data are only forwarded or otherwise transmitted to any third parties when this is necessary to the purpose of the contracted transaction – especially concerning the transmission of order data to suppliers, invoicing purposes or upon prior consent. You have the right to withdraw consent already granted at any time (to take effect in the future).

The deletion of the saved individual-related data occurs when you withdraw your consent to its storage, when your knowledge is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose pursued by this storage, or when their storage is not permitted on any other legal grounds.

3. Revision of our data protection regulations
We reserve the right to amend/revise our security und data protection measures, insofar as this becomes necessary due to technical developments. In these cases, we will also revise our notices on data protection accordingly. Please note therefore the respective most current version of our data-protection statement.

4. Links
Insofar as you use external links which are offered in the context of our Web pages, this data protection statement does not extend to these links. When we offer links, we make every effort to ensure that these, too, abide by our data protection and security standards. However, we have no influence on the compliance with data-protection and security regulations by other providers. Therefore, please read the notice(s) displayed on the Web pages operated by other providers, also regarding the data protection statements provided there.

5. Right to information and objection
You can receive information on the data saved by us concerning your person. Also, you can withdraw your consent to the collection and storage of your individual-related data at any time. In both cases, please send an e-mail to
